Made-to-Order Items
All of our products are made to order, meaning we do not keep inventory on hand. Because of this:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges
- We are unable to offer refunds for incorrect sizing, color selection, or change of mind
Please double-check your order details before placing your purchase — especially sizing, color, and shipping information.
Damaged or Lost Orders
That said, if something arrives damaged or your package is lost in transit, we’ve got you covered.
If you experience an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our contact us page.
Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos (if the item arrived damaged)
