All items sold at Madeish are non-returnable due to their custom, made-to-order nature. This includes any customized or personalized products designed specifically for an individual order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: While we do not accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please send a detailed email including photographic proof of the damage or incorrect item to support@madeish.com. We will assess the issue and determine the best course of action to ensure your satisfaction.
